CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

Our cast-resin transformers are designed and built in accordance with the following standards:
- IEC 60076-11 / IEC 726
- CEI 14-8/14-12
- CENELEC HD 464
- CENELEC HD 528

Main nominal features:
- Nominal power: up to 8000 Kva
- Industrial frequency: 50/60 Hz
- Primary nominal voltage: up to 36 kV
- Primary nominal voltage: up to 12 kV
- Short circuit voltage: 4-10%
- Insulation/thermal class: F
- Over-temperature: 100 K

ENVIRONMENTAL, CLIMATIC AND FIRE BEHAVIOUR CLASSES
The CEI 14-8 standard establishes the transformer requirements based on the environmental operating conditions. In particular, the classes reported in the following tables were identified.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES: Supporting insulators for the primary connection, connecting plates for the secondary connection, terminal block for regulating the primary voltage, lifting eyebolts, trolley with adjustable wheels, PT100 probe contained in IP55 box, towing hook
SPECIAL ACCESSORIES: Box for housing the transformer, thermometric control unit

ENVIRONMENTAL CLASSES

E0

No condensation and negligible pollution

E1

Occasional condensation and moderate pollution (these conditions may occur on de-energised transformers)

E2

Consistent condensation and severe pollution condition


CLIMATIC CLASSES

C1

Indoor installation. The transformer is suitable for operating at ambient temperatures above -5°C

C2

Outdoor installation. The transformer is suitable for operating at ambient temperatures down to -25°C


FIRE CLASSES

F0

No fire risk. No special measures are taken to limit flammability

F1

Transformers with low flammability, self-extinguishing in limited times, emission of toxic substances must be reduced to a minimum
