QUALITY POLICY
Company quality policy is focused on reaching customer satisfaction, trust & loyalty and full respect on rules and standards. It consider both internal & external situation, taking care of parameter evolution & modifications so to have inputs both to define objectives & to consider risks on process execution, referring to both firm aspects & external situation that are necessaries to reach goals, so:
• To all company processes, to define future improvements, possible risks, opportunities and parameters to manage;
• To customer satisfaction, defining customer needs & desire and actions to fulfil them;
• To company workers, to give them the right stimulus to make them feel safe and satisfied, and to grow up on feelings as part of a team addressed to reach company goals;
• To owners desires, referred to expected results in front of committed resources;
• To suppliers & trade partners, to obtain a higher level of assistance to have common expansion;
• To resource management (financial, buildings, human & ambient resources) so to have a continuous & effective support for the growth & good results of the company.
Management choose compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and continuous improvement resulting from its application as the mail tool to achieve the goals.
Management has the primary responsibility for the achievement of this objective, the preparation of the Quality Management System and the verification of its adequacy; it will draw up periodic reports on the status of the Quality Management System and on the effectiveness of achieving the goals; it will define new goals for the following period and the analysis of the risks associated with the processes.
To work like this, organization must commit to fulfil & to maintain specific objectives; sum of these objectives is the quality global strategy.
This way, quality policy is a fundamental medium to bring Botter Elettrotecnica to improve its performances.
